Netscape Navigator 9 is still in beta but RC1 is expected to be released next week according to sources.
Over at the Netscape blog, they are running a design contest for the splash screen for the new Browser. The submissions are beautiful! I personally like #14.

Propeller is Live!

As of around 9:30 or so today, Netscape is now moved over to Propeller! Except for Propeller logo, the site looks and appears to function the same. This is an exciting first step for the social news network to shed some of the stigma associated with the Netscape brand.
